At the beginning of the course, students learn various theoretical and practical hairdressing concepts. Client days are slowly introduced, allowing for the integration of basic and advanced learning, while under the guidance of their teachers.
Client days also offers students an opportunity to learn how to communicate with clients while observing the rules of interpersonal communication.
Students also make appointments, enter client information, sales transaction and keep track of inventory on the computer at the reception desk.
The clients who come to the Nova Salon do so for several reasons.
