Barbara Walter, teacher in the Interior Design and Visual Display programme at NOVA, continued the tradition of spicing up a hallway in the Centre.
“The mandate of this project was to conceptualize, build and install a promotional/sales display that highlights Interior Decorating“. Each student created a scale model of the space and incorporated her own idea into the model, thereby creating a physical representation of what the real space would look like. A selection committee was invited to select the winning model. “We then created a “store” that sells finishes, (fabric, paint and wallpaper) was born in our centre’s hallway!“. All students proudly contributed to the production and installation of this project. “Everyone learned much from this endeavour and all are rightfully proud of the result!!!”
