Ian Davies, is an underwater welder… yes, you read that correctly… Ian welds under the water! He absolutely loves it. Having been trained in the Welding and Fitting program at the NOVA Career Centre, he then went to commercial dive school and is now working whenever he wants because of the high demand of his unique skill-set. As part of our extraordinary Alumni from the Continuing Education Department at the New Frontiers School Board, we are very appreciative for the opportunity to tell you his story.
