“Game On” & “Book Movie Club” were two literacy-based programs with the objective to help families and students develop a love of words and reading. These programs provided opportunities for the parents participating to enjoy family literacy time together, raise and maintain basic reading skills, explore our adult centre, and create opportunities for our parents to consider returning to school for adult education or to study a trade at our NFSB Adult centres. Thank you to all those who participated and we look forward in offering more initiatives such as these in the future to our community.
