The Archives will host a talk by Oriole Vane Veldhuis on the challenges of writing a book and a reading from her book “For Elise – the Forgotten Woman on the Criddle Homestead”.
Oriole is the recipient of the 2013 Margaret McWilliams award presented each year by the Manitoba Historical Society.
