FAQ

What type of job can I expect to find when I’m finished my studies?

Many opportunities are available as an increase in retired welders is creating shortages of qualified workers. Many sectors depend upon highly skilled welding experts. Automobile, aircrafts, bridges and highways, and oil and natural gas pipelines are only a few examples of work areas that require welding expertise.

Will my training be recognized in other provinces?

Pipe welding in all provinces is governed provincially,  each province with unique requirements. However, your training will prepare you for the practical exam that you will be required to take in other provinces.
