Bus drivers play a vital role in children’s well-being and development.

This session explores how professional posture and positive interactions can create a secure and supportive environment. Topics include recognizing the driver’s role as a significant adult, understanding the impact of perceptions on child development, fostering a sense of safety, improving communication, and building strong connections through an appreciative approach.
