Drones: Flight Assessment and Preparation

Fly with confidence. Meet the standard. Get certified.

This course is essential for obtaining authorization to operate drones weighing more than 250 kg in Canada. It aims to provide candidates with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required, including advanced flight planning, risk management, airspace regulations, and emergency procedures.

The flight assessment that follows is an official test conducted by an authorized examiner, during which the operator must demonstrate their ability to operate the drone safely, comply with regulatory requirements, and respond effectively to various in-flight situations. Successfully completing both steps confirms that the operator meets the high safety and competency standards required for operating heavy drones.

Our $5/hour* Quick Trainings are offered with financial assistance from the gouvernement du Québec, making them affordable for participants. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
