This four-part workshop series helps experienced and aspiring leaders strengthen their self-awareness, decision-making, and time management skills. Whether you’re already in a leadership role or simply want to lead from where you are, this series is for you.

4 workshops for you to choose from – you can choose to attend all four sessions or select the one(s) most relevant to your goals:
  1. Find Your Why: Explore your mission, vision, and values — and how great leaders think.
  2. Set Clear Goals: Define actionable objectives to move from vision to execution.
  3. Take Back Your Time: Learn strategies to manage your time and energy more effectively.
  4. Delegate to Lead: Discover how to empower others and focus on what matters most.

You may register for one or more of the four workshops. The details below apply to each individual session.
  • In Person, ACCESS Brossard (7900 Boulevard Taschereau, Building C, Brossard, QC)
  • 4 hours per workshop (8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
  • Language of Instruction: English & French
  • 6 to 10 participants
  • $150 per person, per workshop
