International Student Application Process –  How to Become NFSB’s Next International Student

1- Complete the application in full. (International Student Application Form)

2-  All required application fees must accompany your application, or the application will not be considered.

3-  The following items must accompany your application:

Copy of your passport (picture & signature page) – which must be valid and in good standing with your government

Copy of your high school transcripts – your transcripts will be reviewed by our Sanctions Department for validity and to evaluate your documents to see if you have the academic requirements for acceptance into the program of your choice.

Tuition in the amount of $1250 (Application and administrative fees $250.00 CAD (non-refundable), plus $1000 CAD tuition deposit). Please note the $1000.00 CAD will be applied towards your tuition and will be reflected on your financial statement. If a student is denied admission or refused a student VISA, the tuition deposit of $1000 will be refunded only with proof of VISA refusal.

4-  Send the application and accompanying documents via email to international@nfsb.qc.ca. or mail to the address indicated on your application form.

Once all the above conditions are met you will be issued a Letter of Acceptance (LOA).

Please note that all programs require functional English skills. Students are encouraged to take English classes before starting their program or additional classes if they are experiencing difficulties. Both French Second Language courses and English Second Language courses are offered at our centre at an additional cost.

A student may be asked to suspend their program temporarily if their language skills in English are lacking and interfering with their progress and safety in the classroom. In this case, students will be asked to take English courses.

Documents required at orientation/registration:
1) Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ)
2) A copy of the Health Insurance Policy
3) Study permit from Immigration Canada
4) Valid Passport and Visa (if applicable)
5) High School Transcripts
6) Full balance of tuition fee
7) IELTS or TOEFL iBT English proficiency
