Congratulations to the group of 16 students that started their journey in the welding program in the Fall of 2016 and finished December 2017. Prior to the month of December this group completed the Job search techniques module and most of them were able to secure a three week stage at various companies. Through a partnership with Randstad (a job placement agency), some of the students took advantage of a free service and went through interviews with agents at Randstad and were placed in companies that were looking for welders. This was amazing for the students due to the fact that they already knew there was a full-time position available for them and they were already on the payroll during their stage. Of the 16 excellent young men that finished the course, 13 have of them have been offered a welding position after their Stage.
