Managers’ Course:
The hygiene and food safety course is for food establishment managers, it will help you identify the situations that pose a health risk whenever you prepare or handle food. This training helps managers understand the behaviour that is part of maintaining a food safety and prevention system. At the end of this training, you must take the MAPAQ accreditation exam in hygiene and food safety. Once you pass this exam, you’ll get your MAPAQ hygiene and food safety licence.
