Applying to one of our programs or courses?

Check out the section that applies to you and be sure to have the required documents and information with you when you arrive at one of our centres to apply/register.

All Applicants Must Provide Proof of Quebec Residency.

Documents provided must include your name and current address in Quebec.

Quebec Driver’s License
Revenu Québec – Notice of Assessment or Letter
Quebec Ministry of Education – Transcript
Hydro Quebec – Invoice
Québec Family Allowance – ?
Québec Financial Assistance – ?
Emploi Québec – ?
Proof of Rental – Lease or letter from the owner
Proof of Ownership – A deed of purchase of the residential property

You are a Canadian Citizen, born in Quebec

Please bring the following documents with you:

Proof of Quebec residency (see “Proof of Quebec Residency” section)
Your birth certificate
An official education-related document with your name and permanent code

You are a Canadian Citizen, born outside of Quebec

Please bring the following documents with you:

Proof of Quebec residency (see “Proof of Quebec Residency” section)
Your birth certificate

You are a Canadian Citizen, born outside of Canada

Please bring the following documents with you:

Proof of Quebec residency (see “Proof of Quebec Residency” section)
Proof of Canadian citizenship from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Quebec Medicare card, or proof of medical insurance

You are an International Student or Asylum Seeker

Please bring the following documents with you:

Permanent Resident Card issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

You are Registering for our Francisation Program

Please bring the following documents with you:

Passport or Quebec Medicare Card or Driver’s License
Your Birth Certificate or Visa or MIFI/Immigration Canada document with your full name and date of birth (ex: work permit, permanent resident card, Certificate of Canadian Citizenship, visa, offical Asylum Seeker document

You are an Accepted Refugee with a Quebec Selection Certificate (QSC)

Please bring the following documents with you:

Proof of Quebec residency (see “Proof of Quebec Residency” section)
Study permit – unless you are exempt
Quebec Medicare card, or proof of medical insurance
Quebec Selection Certificate (QSC) with code R8 or RA
