Neil Carter, a welding student, received a scholarship from the American Society Welding Foundation (AWS) which can go towards his studies, tuition, books and supplies. He is the first Canadian to receive the award from this American foundation. We had a chance to have a little chat with him. Congrats Neil, great job!
