On Monday March 21, NOVA’s hairdressing students attended the ABA (Allied Beauty Association) hair show at Montreal’s Palais des Congrès.
The ABA Beauty Shows are held in five major Canadian cities each year. These shows bring together the major Canadian professional beauty industry suppliers and are consequently, the largest and most attended beauty trade shows in Canada.
Most beauty industry insiders consider the ABA Beauty Shows to be the most important trade shows of the year. They deliver an international standard of education that would otherwise be unavailable to the average salon professional.
Students and teachers were able to take advantage of a wide range of education featuring prominent stylists and educators from around the world.
In the spirit of ongoing education, fun was had by all.
