The first time we spoke with Brandon, he had a great comparison about what it’s like to have work experience in his trade, but missing the diploma to apply for those better positions. “It feels like I have made it in the room, but my coat is stuck in the door.” – Brandon
Brandon decided to start the RAC (reconnaissance des acquis et des compétences) process to complete his diploma in Institutional & Home Care Assistance and through all his hard work and persistence he has now completed it. Brandon is happy to say he has now started interviewing for those better positions.
