The welding department visited the 2017 CanWeld, Canada’s only homegrown welding and fabrication expo & conference at Place Bonaventure (September 14th). Students were able to visit the many different kiosks hosted by welding supply manufactures, to name a few of the attractions:
- CanWeld’s best welder competition
- CanWeld simulator welding zone
- live demonstrations of CNC Plasma Cutting stations & Robotic welding equipment
- New Technologies that have entered the market in the last 12 months
