Recoginition of Acquired Competencies (RAC) is a program the government of Quebec has in place to assess the trade skills you have learned through your job, hobby or volunteering. We will identify the competencies you already have, and plan the route to obtain the ones you are missing, which may shorten the time needed to receive your diploma. The diploma obtained at the end of the RAC process is the same as one obtained by following courses taken during regular sessions.
