Serving the Chateauguay Valley and its surrounding area, the Chateauguay Valley & HAECC CLCs wish to create partnerships which can help offer educational, social, recreational and family activities for everyone. This brochure has been sent home with elementary school children from: Franklin, Hemmmingford, Heritage, Howick and O.E.S.
Community Learning Centres (CLCs) are spread out across Quebec and have been created from the fundamental concept that a community school can help bring together various stakeholders in various partnership models in an effort to benefit youth development, lifelong learning, community engagement, family support and improved community health and safety.
