Become a Certified CSST First Aider in the Workplace
Offered at Chateauguay Valley Career Education Centre, this 10 hour course meets the requirements of CSST (Commission de santé et de la sécurité du travail) in first aid in the workplace.
Course material will include cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), the techniques to be applied in case of choking, control of bleeding, treatment of fractures or burns, techniques to counteract shock and more. A certificate, valid for 3 years, will be given upon successful completion of the course.
