Information about the flu shot: free for the following people (criteria and description from the CISSSMO)
– Children between 6 and 23 months of age;
– Adults aged from 60 years and over;
– Persons with a low immune system;
– Persons with important obesity;
– Persons between 2 and 59 years of age suffering from chronic diseases (heart, lungs including asthma, kidney, diabetes or cancer);
– Pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy suffering from a chronic disease;
– Healthy pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy
The flu shot is also free of charge to close relatives of the above-mentioned persons and to close relatives of infants under the age of 6 months.
