Spring is in the air and so is getting in shape for now and the summer season.

Our local fitness guru, Joanne O’Hanley has actually been working on this all year long.

Every week she gets students motivated and physically fit by giving a spinning class at lunch time.

We know that Joanne and her group of students are going into the season feeling and looking terrific.
