International Students – Application Process

1. Ensure you meet the academic, language, and financial requirements of the program.

  • Tuition must be PAID IN FULL before starting your program. Sorry – no payment plans.

2. Complete the application form.

  • Include the following with your application:
    • A copy of the picture and signature page of your VALID passport
    • A copy of your secondary school transcripts. This will be reviewed by us to ensure the information is valid and ensure you have requirements for the program of your choice.

3. Send required application fees by money order or wire transfer.

  • Once your application form is received, you will be sent information on how to send fees.
  • Application Fees – total of $1250 (Canadian Dollars CAD)
    • Application Fee: $1000 (CAD)
    • Non-Refundable Administrative Fee: $250.00 (CAD)
      • If you are accepted, $1250.00 will be applied to your tuition and will be reflected on your financial statement.

What Happens Next?

  • If you are accepted you will receive a Letter of Acceptance with the next steps to follow from us.
  • You will be notified if you are not accepted, or if your application is missing information.

Required Before Starting Your Program

  • FULL payment of tuition and fees  Sorry – we do not offer payment plans.
  • Proof of English proficiency, if not previously provided (IELTS or TOEFL iBT) 
    • If your English skills are not adequate and interfere with the progress or safety of the class, you will be asked to suspend your program of study to improve your English until minimum requirements are met.
  • Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ)
  • Proof of Health Insurance
  • Immigration Canada Study Permit
  • Valid Passport
  • Visa (if applicable)
  • Secondary School Transcripts
