Student iPad contest on fire

With an IPad Air up for grabs, students from NOVA, HAECC and CVCEC have been uploading photos of projects they’ve done in an effort to showcase their work on the (nfsb.me) Facebook page. By posting their photo & brief description of a sample of their work, which must be of course related to the vocational program they’re studying in, students have our Facebook page abuzz with cool endeavours.
And once our student contest concludes on December 19th, three finalists will be selected and we’ll have an online vote to determine our winning entry and the winner a new IPad Air. We invite everyone to like our Facebook page (search for: nfsb.me) and like those projects which you feel deserve special attention.
As with any contest, we did include just a few groundrules we’d like to remind our contestants about:

-The photo should CLEARLY show off the project you are submitting for entry
-The skill being showed off should reflect your current program of study (the glued macaroni noodle picture you made for your mom when you were 5 doesn’t count). If you’re enrolled in carpentry, show us a carpentry project.
-The photo has to be of something you did or made and be submitted by one person. Unfortunately we only have one iPad to give away with one winner.
-Only one photo entry per person.
-Only students currently enrolled at NFSB are eligible.
-The 3 projects with the most likes make it to the finals and then everyone votes for the winner.

(photos: included above are a couple random examples of projects submitted by our students to date)
