The hygiene and food safety course for food handlers will teach you to identify situations that pose a health risk whenever you prepare or handle food. At the end of this training, you will be eligible to take the MAPAQ accreditation exam in hygiene and food safety. Once you pass this exam, you’ll get your MAPAQ hygiene and food safety licence.
