The Pink shirt initiative began when a high school student in Nova Scotia was bullied for wearing a pink shirt to school. His friends intervened and it led to a nationwide Anti-Bullying Day that is recognized at the end of February each year in Canada. HAECC is proud to, along with its partners, students and staff to stand up to Bullying!
