Parent Survey – Chateauguay/CLC

clc_logo_enEvaluation of the Community Learning Centers Initiative: The Quest for Sustainability and Best Practices

Parent Survey Spring 2014
(Centennial Park, Harmony, Howard S. Billings, Mary Gardner & St. Willibrord)

As part of the two-year evaluation of the Community Learning Centres Initiative in Quebec, Qu’anglo Communications is conducting a survey of parents of children attending CLC schools. The survey is available online, as well as in English and French.
The purpose of the survey is to provide insight into the range of services and activities, often beyond the school day, that CLC schools are providing to help meet the needs of learners, their families, and the wider community. The survey results will provide feedback for individual CLC schools on the successes and challenges that you, as a parent, see in your CLC school programming, as well as provide information for the recommendations in the final evaluation report (Summer 2014) related to two of the evaluation’s principal questions: educational outcomes and community vitality.
We would like to request your collaboration in completing the survey online by clicking on one of the links below (one for English, one for French).

We would ask you to respond to/return the survey by Friday, April 11th at the latest.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact:
