Paint brushes in hand and a vision of a rejuvenated and relaxing space, our Horticulture class embarked on creating an indoor tropical garden in the cafeteria. Through brain sprouting and collaboration, we came up with some core ideas for the space: birch branches, fixing ceiling tiles, making benches to increase seating and updating tables with some deco, adding beautiful potted and vertical walls mounted plants and repainting the walls a nice zen and contrasting blue.
We hope that these changes will promote more students to utilize the space and evoke a sense of tranquility
