If you or someone you know would like to learn the skills of caregiving, CVCEC in Ormstown is taking registrations for their Health Care Programs starting in the Fall 2015. We are offering a Double DEP (diplôme d’études professionnelles) – Assistance in Health Care Facilities and Home Care Assistance from September 2015 to June 2016. Open your door to employment in hospitals, nursing homes and with the CLSC as a health care aide. Entrance requirements are Secondary III credits. Our students are receiving and accepting jobs as soon as they finish the program!
We are also taking applications for our Health, Assistance and Nursing program, which allows the practical nurse to give advanced care such as medications, injections and other skills common to the nursing role. This 18-month program has 10 placements, one of which could be part of a team giving nursing care in the mountains of the Dominican Republic. Come join our team, register now.
